...that's a bit twisted.
As for the game, the graphics were minimalistic and the gameplay was short-lived. Despite those shortfalls, it was still entertaining for about one minute, until the game ended.
To improve:
Change the "WTF" button from "WTF" to "How to Play".
Make it so the figures don't mystically disappear.
Make it significantly longer.
Make the crosshair always visible.

You animation skills are great (although you do need to add more color). Now it's time to use them in a submission with a plotline.
As for NG's audio policy; nobody who works for Newgrounds will seek you out if you use copyrighted audio. However, if somebody who owns the music sees that it's used illegally, you might have to take down the submission. (If you submit copyrighted audio to the audio portal, you'll get flagged and deleted.)

geh, yeah, i knoooow. (about the colour thing). i colour all my paid work, and it's quite an repetitive job. especially with the style of animation i use, which is to say, hand drawn frames and in-betweens, rather than using hinge-pin models or tweened graphic symbols. (though there is a little of that going on)
actually, most of these animations are plot-based. by themselves, that is.
thanks for the info, bomber, i've got to admit, i don't feel fantastic about ripping someone's music, someone else's art, and using it to promote mine, but i'm not a muscician, and it's standard to have musical accompaniment for demo reels.

There's no explicit text and the explicit audio is bleeped out. Adult themes is applicable, however.
Anyway, on to the real movie.
First of all, I liked it. Your graphics were nice, and animated nicely. The storyline was also funny. I just recommend making it longer, unless you seriously can't think of a way to lengthen this without making it dull.

well yeah there is explict text, if it's beeped out, it's still there no matter what. plus you kind of get an idea of what the character is saying. it's nothing less than explict text, it is explict, no matter if its cencored or not.
anyway, thanks. I don't think I could have made it longer, it would drag on, and honestly, Im kind of lazy, so yeah I made one where I ALMOST didnt want to carry on xP

I'm not even going to begin to say how incredible that was for a first flash.
Anyway, well done. Nicely animated, and the ending was hilarious.
The only way you could make it better would be to sharpen your graphics.

Anyway, this is great, but I recommend you polish the graphics. It was somewhat hard to tell if you were losing health, too.

yea, im still new to flash and im not to shure how to mak animations, ill work on it using variables, thanx for the crit :) Also, what would you like me to do to the graphics?

Great since you're new to flash.
It would be awesome, however, if you had added a background and possibly made it a little longer (used a longer song).

First of all, you're not supposed to use source codes unless you made them.
Secondly, there still are a few glitches. I got it stuck on the side, with absolutely no ability to move. Also, the right boundary is a little misleading.
Anyway, it would be nice if you had "pimped out" the graphics a little bit, but otherwise, I'd say this is fine.

The guy that made the original source code even said himself that we could call it our own if we edit the script to diffrent values and such. =/
